What do you want to tell the world?
The project starts with a question: what do you want to tell the world? With this question in mind, each participant will choose a word from a selection of suggestions. They will work on that word, evoking others, using various techniques: monotype, collage, stamping, gelprinting... and build an artist's book. The result will be a library of artist's books, from which we will learn what each member of the group wants to tell the world.
O que queres dizer ao mundo?
O projeto parte de uma pergunta: o que queres dizer ao mundo? Com esta pergunta em mente, cada participante escolherá uma palavra de uma seleção de palavras feita por mim. Trabalhará sobre essa palavra, evocando outras, tendo como recurso diversas técnicas: monotipia, colagem, carimbagem, gelprinting... e construirá um livro de artista. O resultado será uma biblioteca de livros de artista, a partir da qual conheceremos o que cada membro do grupo quer contar ao mundo.

A minha formação começou com a Licenciatura em Educação de Infância (Escola Superior de Educação de Setúbal) e nesta área colaborei em diversos contextos educativos. Frequentei o Mestrado em Arte e Património (Faculdade de Letras da Universidade de Lisboa). Também tenho feito várias formações no âmbito da acessibilidade, da educação artística, da filosofia para crianças e da pedagogia do Movimento da Escola Moderna. Criei em 2020 a cultura.educa, projeto onde faço o cruzamento entre pedagogia, mediação cultural e criação artística. Destas interseções resultam oficinas de experimentação artística, clubes de leitura, mediação para as infâncias e tanto mais... É aqui que o ser pessoal e o ser profissional se diluem: faço o que gosto e gosto do que faço. Faço parte da direção da Acesso Cultura onde sou tesoureira. Atualmente frequento o Curso de Formação Artística em Desenho na Sociedade Nacional de Belas Artes.
My training began with a degree in Early Childhood Education (Escola Superior de Educação de Setúbal) and in this area I collaborated in various educational contexts. I studied for a Masters in Art and Heritage (Faculty of Letters, University of Lisbon). I have also done various training programmes in the fields of accessibility, art education, philosophy for children and the pedagogy of the Modern School Movement. In 2020, I created cultura.educa, a project where I combine pedagogy, cultural mediation and artistic creation. These intersections result in artistic experimentation workshops, reading clubs, mediation for children and so much more... This is where being personal and being professional blur: I do what I like and I like what I do.
I'm on the board of Acesso Cultura, where I'm treasurer. I'm currently attending the Artistic Training Course in Drawing at the National Society of Fine Arts.
